Swing Dancing Winnipeg
Where: Nafro Dance Studio (connected to the back of St. Augustine’s Church at 109 Pulford Street)
When: Every Friday night from 8 PM - 1 AM - Hour-long lessons at 8 and 9 PM
The Winnipeg Dancing Co-op invites you to join us every Friday night for “Friday Night Dance Hall.” FND is for everyone, beginner to advanced. You don’t need to bring a partner, we will have one for you. Just show up, try something new, and have fun.
Every Friday we host FND in the Osborne Village. We hold two introductory dance classes at 8 pm and 9 pm. Both are done by volunteer instructors and are different every week. After 10 pm the DJ fires up and we have social dancing until 1 am.
Cover for lessons & social dancing is $7 for non-members and $5 for members. A lifetime membership is $10. WDC is a non-profit organization, so all money collected from entrance donations goes to rent and expenses.
